Booking Terms & Acknowledgment
By placing an order with White Reef Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all real estate photography, video, drone, and related media services booked through our website or online order system.

1. Services Covered
White Reef Studio provides professional real estate media services including photography, video, aerial/drone services, virtual tours, floor plans, and other listing-related deliverables. The specific services provided are based on the package and add-ons selected at the time of booking.
2. Scheduling & Property Access
Clients are responsible for providing accurate property address details, access instructions, gate or lockbox codes, and on-site contact information. If access cannot be obtained at the scheduled time, the appointment may be treated as a no-show.
Arrival times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior appointments.
3. Property Readiness
The property must be fully prepared prior to the scheduled shoot time. This includes cleaning, decluttering, staging, turning on all lights, opening blinds or curtains, and securing pets.
If the property is not ready at the time of arrival, White Reef Studio may proceed with the remaining time or require a paid return visit. Incomplete preparation may affect the final quality of deliverables.
4. Safety, Occupants & Pets
Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is safe and free of hazards. Pets must be secured prior to arrival. White Reef Studio reserves the right to stop services if unsafe conditions are present.
5. Weather & Exterior Media
Exterior photography and video are weather dependent. If weather conditions are unsuitable, exterior portions may be rescheduled, replaced, or credited at White Reef Studio’s discretion.
6. Drone / Aerial Services
Drone services are subject to FAA regulations, airspace restrictions, weather conditions, and safety considerations. Booking drone services does not guarantee that a drone flight can occur.
If drone operation is not permitted or safe, White Reef Studio may provide ground-based alternatives or issue a credit or refund for the drone portion only.
7. Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to the delivery of final media.
A 2.99% online payment processing fee is applied to all online payments. This fee is non-refundable and covers third-party payment processing costs.
Any additional services requested after booking may be invoiced separately.
8. Turnaround & Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on the selected services and workload:

Photography is typically delivered within 24-48 hours.

Video, drone, virtual tours, and additional services may take up to 72 hours to deliver.
Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons. All deliverables are provided digitally. Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and checking spam or junk folders.
9. Editing Style & Revisions
By booking, you acknowledge and accept White Reef Studio’s editing style as represented in our portfolio.
Minor adjustments may be requested. Extensive edits, style changes, or re-shoots may require additional fees.
10. Media Usage & Licensing
Upon full payment, clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the delivered media for real estate marketing purposes only, including MLS, property listings, agent branding, and property promotion.
White Reef Studio retains full copyright ownership unless otherwise agreed in writing. Media may not be resold, transferred, or used for unrelated commercial purposes without written permission.
11. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot time may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows or failure to provide access may also result in a cancellation fee.
Weather-related rescheduling for exterior or drone services may be handled without penalty.
12. Liability & Property Condition
White Reef Studio is not responsible for pre-existing property issues, unsecured items, or conditions beyond our control. Clients agree to hold White Reef Studio harmless from claims arising from unsafe property conditions, denied access, or lack of required permissions.
13. Force Majeure
White Reef Studio is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, emergencies, airspace restrictions, equipment failure, or acts of nature.
